Cambridge city offices will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1 for the New Year’s Day holiday. There will be no trash or recycling collection on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015 and the schedule will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week.

Most City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed on Friday, December 22 and Monday December 25 in observance of the Christmas holidays.

City of Cambridge offices will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25, 2020, in observance of the Christmas holiday as well as on Friday, January 1, 2021, in observance of the New Year's holiday. Payments are not required at City of Cambridge parking meters and parking meter pay stations on Friday, December 25, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021.

Cambridge City Hall and most municipal buildings will be closed Friday, Dec. 22 and Monday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas Holidays.

Please also note that all library locations will also be closed on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Parking meter payments will not be required at Cambridge parking meters and parking meter pay stations on January 1 and 2, 2023.

In observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday on Monday, January 16, 2023, City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed and curbside collection service will be suspended. Additionally, parking meter/pay station payments will not be required.
